We’re in this together.

I’m not famous. I’m not a lawyer and I’m not a music industry insider. I’m an independent musician who runs a home studio, writes my own songs, and produces local bands.

I’ve witnessed the same scenario play out over the years. Musicians are passionate about their craft, and will spend hours on end getting the sounds in their head to tape, but then do nothing to protect their work. They care deeply about their contributions, performances and songs, but often miss the important steps that keep their work theirs. And it mostly comes from poor practices, and the myths they’ve been believing for years.

I lived it too. I made the same mistakes. And then I figured it out.
